Tourist Attractions

The most visited area in Southern New Mexico isMesilla("little tableland"), which has been influential on every aspect of life in theMesillaValley. It is rich in history and was part of the Gadsden Purchase. Mesilla was also a way station for the Butterfield Stage Coach Trail and home of the trial of Billy the Kid. A few of the attractions that tell these stories and more include a Historic Walking Tour ofMesilla, the Gadsden Museum, and the Basilica of San Albino.Mesillaalso has great dining and shopping and is home to many festivals.

New Mexico has so much natural beauty, including the Dripping Springs Natural Area in LasCruces.Four miles of trails allow visitors to get in some hiking, a picnic, and a viewing of spectacular natural geological formations. Just 10 miles east of LasCruces, Dripping Springs Natural Area has picnic tables available and an interpretativeexhibitin the visitor center.

Military buffs love spending time at the White Sands Missile Range Museum. Neighborhoods in LasCruces

Las Cruces is a city with a lot to offer. Here are some of the most popular neighborhoods:
