About HousingList

HousingList was founded in 2002, and has been helping consumers find alternative methods to owning a home for nearly two decades. HousingList was created under the simple concept that regardless of credit worthiness, history, or net worth, everyone deserves a chance at the American Dream of owning their own home. We believe that too often people are locked out of homeownership with traditional mortgages due to high down payments or past mistakes on their credit report.

HousingList originally opened with a listing of rent-to-own homes and properties. We have since grown to feature other types of property listings such as HUD homes, Foreclosures, Auction homes and more. Our aim is to ensure these properties are accessible to everyone.

Pricing:

We currently have all property listings we own available to view, for free, at any time day or night. By becoming a paid subscriber, you can access more detailed information about the home and cancel at any time. We have a free trial membership of $1 so you can see all the benefits Housinglist has to offer.

If you like the service, do nothing, this will automatically bill you each month for your membership. If you get the information you need from the trial or feel like the service, no longer meets your needs, cancel using one of the methods below.
