Franklin Junction & Whaley: This is an amazing neighborhood that is bordered by the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge on one side. A car is a must have for this neighborhood because you will have to commute a few minutes each way to work everyday, but it is well worth the effort. Knotts Neck & Bridge Road:One of the most desirable neighborhoods in Suffolk is the Knotts Neck Rd & Bridge Rd area. The Riverfront Golf Club is a popular draw to the area of this wealthy, coastal suburban neighborhood where the locals are extremely well educated and tend to work as executives, professionals, and government employees.
